When I watch the CRASH episodes on HGTV and DIY networks I am consistently blown
away at the finishes. The end game is my WOW! That is the same for my clients. Some
want to purchase the finished product. Usually a foreclosed property flipped to a Crash
Heaven and at a nice price point. Some want to buy the foreclosed product them self and
have it crashed with their input using the FHA203K. Either way the end result is a WOW.
