- Bring in 203K Consultant for Feasibility Study (approximately $200)
Submit Offer
Your Offer Accepted
Engage 203K Consultant/HUD Inspector
- Meet with Home Buyer & Contractor at Property
- Validate Contractor's Estimate
- Generate Specification of Repairs (SOR)
Contractor Provides
- License
- Insurance
- Profile
- Signed Home Buyer/Contractor Agreement
- Signed Specifications of Repairs
- Order After Improved Value Appraisal using Signed SOR
