Engage 203K Consultant/HUD Inspector
  • Meet with Home Buyer & Contractor at Property
  • Validate Contractor's Estimate
  • Generate Specification of Repairs (SOR)

Contractor Provides
  • License
  • Insurance
  • Profile
  • Signed Home Buyer/Contractor Agreement
  • Signed Specifications of Repairs
  • Order After Improved Value Appraisal using Signed SOR
